We experimented with adding FriendlyUrls to a legacy app, but found it caused problems.
In Dev Env we run in local IIS and map a virtual directory...
We removed all references to the friendly URL...

When the package is installed, it creates the RouteConfig.cs file.
For a VB project, the class file and contents need to be manually converted to VB.

The documentation provided doesnt show a means to turn off Site.Mobile.Master.
I have a responsive page and only want to use Site.Master.

The core package's manifest pulls in MWI when targeting both 4.0 and 4.5. This is unnecessary. It should pull in MWI only when targeting 4.0.
